Initially, I want to get to know you. Projects go smoothly with a mutual trust and understanding of wants, needs, and processes. After an initial phone call to understand the details like your budget and timeline, I will come over to get a lay of the land.
First Chat
I want to know your likes, dislikes, and how you function within your space. Some of this will come by way of any inspiration images you may have. Take me through your day. We want to account for both the mundane and the grandeur.
Home Visit
So now that I’ve come to visit and we have gotten to know each other, I will start to gather additional inspiration images, color palettes, and documentation to outline and refine the concept.
Conceptual Design
Once you approve, we will carve out the details and hammer in the plans. It is at this point I will be providing you space plans, detailed drawings, and 3D renderings. Colors, materials, fixtures, and finishes will be selected and the foundation that we have built will be capped off to make it easy for the general contractor to execute. They will be provided final drawings and schedules.
Design Development
After alignment with our contractors, selections will be ordered and materials will be installed. I will monitor the plan execution from start to finish and ensure that it aligns with your dreams.
Project Management & Installation
After the big reveal, it’s time to start creating memories! Love your space, it will love you back.
